Materials for high-traffic seating
Commercial seating takes far more use than furniture at home, so the choice of material matters. Our fabric supplier, Charlotte Fabrics, carries vinyls and outdoor fabrics as well as solids and patterns, and offers a wide selection for commercial projects.
Free memo samples can be ordered from their website, so you can check color and texture in your own space, against your own flooring and lighting, before a decision is made.
Recover what you already have
Torn booth seats and worn chair covers make a business look tired, even when the furniture itself is sound. Recovering existing seating, and replacing foam where it has broken down, lets you keep furniture that already fits your space and your layout.
A booth or chair that is rebuilt with new foam and a new cover is the same footprint your floor plan was designed around, with none of the hunting for a matching replacement.
Quotes for businesses
When you request a quote, send photos of the seating, the number of pieces and any deadline you are working toward. You will receive an itemized estimate, with materials and labor on separate lines, within one business day.
Photo-based quotes are preliminary estimates. Final pricing is confirmed after an in-person inspection, and if additional labor, materials or repairs are needed, you receive an updated quote for approval. No work begins without your approval. A deposit may be required before work starts.
What to include in your request
- Photos of each type of seating, including any damage
- How many pieces of each type there are
- What the seating is covered in now: vinyl, fabric or leather
- The date you need the work finished by, if there is one
Planning around your business
Tell us about your schedule when you request the quote. If you need part of a dining room or office to stay in use, say so, and ask about doing the work in batches. The more we know about your constraints up front, the more useful the estimate will be.
