How much does it cost to reupholster a sofa?
It depends on the size and construction of the sofa, the fabric you choose, and whether the foam, padding or frame need work, so every sofa is quoted individually rather than at a flat price. Send photos through the quote form and you will receive a free itemized estimate, with fabric, foam and padding, and labor listed separately, within one business day. Final pricing is confirmed after an in-person inspection.
How long does reupholstery take?
Turnaround depends on the piece, how quickly your fabric arrives and the shop's current schedule. Ask for a current timeline when you request your quote, so you know what to expect before you commit.
Where does the fabric come from?
We work with Charlotte Fabrics, which carries solids, patterns, vinyls and outdoor fabrics for residential and commercial projects. You can browse at charlottefabrics.com and order free memo samples from their website. We also provide fabric swatches to help you choose, and leather is available as well.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Pickup and delivery can be included as line items on your quote. Tell us where the furniture is when you request an estimate and we will let you know what is available for your location.
Can you replace the foam in my cushions?
Yes. Foam and padding replacement is a regular part of our reupholstery and restoration work, and it appears as its own line on your quote. New foam is often what makes an older sofa or chair comfortable again.
How do I get a quote?
Fill in the quote form on our website, upload photos of your furniture and describe the work you want done. The estimate is free and we reply within one business day. You can also call (707) 718-6414.
Is a photo quote the final price?
No. Because photos may not fully show the condition or construction of a piece, photo-based quotes are preliminary estimates. Final pricing is confirmed after an in-person inspection. If additional labor, materials or repairs are needed, you are notified promptly with an updated quote, and no work begins without your approval.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A deposit may be required before work begins. The deposit amount and payment terms are communicated when you accept your quote. Final payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
